Once an Embroidery order has been placed, We will create a DIGITAL mock up for verification before beginning Production. Once Mock is Approved, Your Order will go into production. The Process will take 4-7 business days to: Embroider, check for Quality Assurance, Pack and Dropped off to be Shipped!
NOTE* Any copyrighted material will be REJECTED and order will be REFUNDED AND CANCELLED, Unless Proper Licensing is Provided.
Please be aware that we have a maximum of 2.5"H x 4"W size limit per Logo that is submitted.
If Digitizing is needed, Your Order's Invoice will be UPDATED and PROCESSED to reflect a one time $25 digitizing Fee per image submitted!
If you have your logo DIGITIZED then please Submit your ".DST" files instead of Image, or send to Digitizing@dreampressing.com
