If I place my order today,How long will it take to receive it?
Most Orders placed today will be completed and shipped Approximately in 7 Business Days. If you are submitting a new Artwork please add 1-2 Business Days.
Do I need to get my design digitized?
Yes, every logo must be digitized before it can be embroidered. If you don't already have a digitized file, we offer professional digitizing services to prepare your design for stitching.
Is there any setup fees or digitizing fees?
We currently do not charge any digitizing or setup fees on SIMPLE Designs! not sure Contact us through email!
What are the Size limitations?
2.5”x4.5” inches for headwear.
Can I embroider on Multiple Locations per item?

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes, Be sure to check the box when asked if you want to receive Artwork Proof. we will reach out to you for confirmation on your designs, up to 3 changes available.
Can I bring my own items to be embroidered?
We currently focus on providing and embroidering our own blank stock to ensure quality and compatibility. Contact Us Here if you have a special request.
What if I want to reorder?
We keep your digitized design on file, so reordering is easy. Just let us know your previous order number or send us a message to get started again.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the garment or stitching. Please double-check your design and size details before approving your order.
